New Patient Assessments

Your first visit includes intake review, health history, goals, and a full treatment. After this, you’re an Established Patient and can book any follow-up. Please complete intake and consent forms right after booking. Not sure whether herbs or acupuncture is best to start with? Schedule a quick pre-booking phone call and I’ll help you decide.

Acupuncture

Established Patients: Acupuncture supports healing and balance by reducing pain, inflammation, and stress—especially for musculoskeletal issues—while also improving circulation, sleep, digestion, and overall resilience. Each session is personalized to support your body’s natural ability to move, recover, and heal.

Herbal Medicine

Established Patients: Chinese Herbal Medicine provides personalized, plant-based formulas to support digestion, stress, hormones, energy, skin, and immune health. Herbs can be used on their own or combined with acupuncture, and are often recommended for chronic or systemic issues or when deeper, longer-lasting results are needed.

Facial Rejuvenation

Established Patients: Cosmetic Acupuncture & Microneedling are non-surgical, holistic treatments that boost skin vitality and radiance. Each session is personalized for optimal results and overall wellness.
